Preparation
The preparation phase is about understanding your problems and co-creating your case for change. We help you address the potentiel fears and risks of your people and guide you along the way. Words like aspiration and awareness are key in this stage. Thanks to workshops with a diversified group of people, we assist you in spotting your personas and anticipating their needs.
Tool-wise, we guide you in calibrating the platform so that your people feel a sense of belonging and are encouraged to reflect on their growth journey.
Who is involved?
The CORE project team, 10-12 people with different backgrounds.
4 weeks
Pilot
Testing, adjusting, and improving to make sure your launch is a success are the key objectives of the Pilot phase. We help you in preparing your people to adopt the platform and new habits by organising tailored training and Q&As sessions. Piloting huapii in your organisation allows us to enhance our unique change approach: we help you trigger interest and highlight the benefits of the change for all your employees.

30-60 people, mix of different backgrounds.
1 to 3 months
Launch
Rolling out huapii comes with a lot of excitement – both for you and us! A successful roll out is about reinforcing the work and lessons learned during the pilot. We support you in creating sustainable change by training your HR partners and ambassadors on how to maximize the adoption of new habits.
